“ Ebisu is that hidden gem on the edge of the highway you always pass by and wonder, "is that place any good?" YES, it's a home run! Sushi is incredibly fresh and generously portioned. Reasonably priced too. Rolls are easy to order off the picture menu with ingredients. We love sitting at the sushi bar, great ambience, chill vibe. Casual atmosphere, but still feels like a special night out. And the chefs and waitstaff are kindly attentive. For those not into sushi, the menu is expansive and equally delicious for Asian fair greatest hits. Dinners are big enough you'll need a to-go container to pack home for lunch the next day. ”

“ Brought my parents in for some sushi after Christmas Day. We ordered the sushi boat to share and the hot Stone A5 wagyu. You get about 8 pieces of wagyu for $40. You get to do quick sears on the hot stonea and cook to your liking. My favorite bites are still the uni nigiri and chutoro tuna. It was not super busy, but wasn't empty either. Our waiter was attentive and helpful considering he was running all the tables (seemed the case). Always an enjoyable experience and my parents had a good time. ”

My boyfriend got a few rolls and one of them was missing a component but we didn't bother to ask for a correction. This spot seems good for a celebration since it's nice looking but I wouldn't come here again for the food. ”
